Peter Cole, B.Comm. B. Ed. M. Ed.
Director
Peter has worked with Edstaff since 1995 delivering recruitment and consultancy
services to schools, the public and private sectors. Peter has worked
with government and corporate clients to select teachers and administrative
staff and manage a range of education programs. Peter was a teacher and
as a senior executive with the Victorian Department of Education managed
the Curriculum Programs, Training and Development sections. He has extensive
experience in curriculum consultancy and educational policy development.
Peter is an accredited school reviewer and has undertaken over fifty school
effectiveness reviews for the Victorian government. Peter was a consultant
to the Department of Education and Training's Middle Years Research and
Development Project. Peter recently undertook assignments for the World
Bank advising the Azerbaijan government on approaches to school curriculum
and teacher development and advised the Hong Kong government on senior
secondary curriculum and assessment reforms. Peter has worked on a number
of international projects to recruit teachers to work in Asia and the
Middle East.
Ricci Swart, B. Ec.
Director
Ricci joined Edstaff in 2000 as Business Development Manager. Ricci has
worked to develop Edstaff's online software systems. Ricci has over 15
years experience producing educational resources. She pioneered the development
of multimedia curriculum resources for schools and the tertiary sector.
During the 1980's and early 1990's Ricci was Manager, Multimedia Education
& Television Production at the University of Melbourne taking the
unit from video production to cutting edge multimedia productions. Ricci
was the inaugural Manager of the Victorian Government's Multimedia 21
Fund where she developed investment programs, conducted project assessments
and developed online marketing strategies, including concept, development
and implementation of the Learning and Education Applications Program.
Ricci has worked on international projects to recruit teachers to work
in Asia.
Diana Wolowski, B. Ec. Dip Ed.
Director
Diana established Edstaff in 1994. She commenced her professional career
as a teacher in 1974. Diana has taught in a range of government and independent
schools for over 20 years. Diana's curriculum and assessment expertise
was recognised by her appointment to a statewide Examination Panel for
the Victorian Certificate Education (VCE). In 2000, she became the Chair
of the VCE Political Studies Panel. Diana is also the Chair of the Victorian
Government's Digital Media Fund, member of the Board of Film Victoria
and has served on the Board of the Victorian Association of Social Studies
Teachers. Diana has provided curriculum and multimedia services to clients
in the private and public sectors. Diana has worked with over forty schools
to deliver teacher recruitment, professional development and curriculum
services. Diana has worked on a number of international projects to recruit
teachers to work in Asia and the Middle East.
